The kitchen of the Open Brasserie Mediterranica, since June 2017, has been led by the Executive Chef Diogo Porfirio who creates harmonious menus, keeps the quality of products as the base and bets on creativity.
Formed in high cuisine and catering management, Diogo Porfirio's professional career passes through Dubai where, for the last seven years, he has served as chef de partier, junior sous chef and sub chef at Park Hyatt Dubai, Sea View Hotel Dubai and Grand Hyatt Dubai. Still in Dubai, he was responsible for opening the restaurant Intersect, from the luxury brand Lexus.
Chef Diogo Profirio is inspired not only by the concept and characteristics of Mediterranean cuisine but also has Asian inspiration.
